Although I don’t typically manage properties outside of the Gatineau region, I made an exception for this one—and happily so. The condo belongs to a good friend of mine. We played basketball together in high school, and his father was actually my coach. When he asked me to manage his property, I saw it as a real compliment and a sign of support for my business. I’ve now been managing his condo for two years, and I’m proud to help take care of it for him. There’s something special about earning the trust of a friend, especially when it’s rooted in years of shared history.
