This beautiful 6 Plex in Gatineau marked a major milestone in my career it was the first multifamily rental I managed that’s classified as a commercial property. The owners, a wonderful couple from Montreal, discovered me through my videos online. I made the trip to Montreal to meet them in person at their business and secure the deal. Since then, they’ve been incredible clients and an even more amazing family. Last Christmas, to celebrate the birth of my first child, she surprised me with a gift. Gestures like that remind me why I love what I do. I’ll always be grateful for their trust and loyalty and they will always have mine.
