This condo belongs to a kind woman who decided to move back to Montreal to be closer to her parents. She came across my videos on social media and reached out to see whether it would be better for her to sell or rent her condo. I provided her with two evaluations—one of the condo’s market value if she chose to sell, and another of its potential rental income. After reviewing both options, she chose to rent it out and entrusted me with the management. We’ve now been working together for over a year, and it’s been a pleasure to support her through this transition.
