This single-family home came under my management when the owner had to relocate to another country for a new job opportunity. She was stuck with a mortgage during a time of high post-COVID interest rates, which made things even more stressful. Fortunately, her cousin knew me and referred her my way. I was able to step in quickly, find a reliable tenant, and relieve some of that pressure. Just recently—about two weeks ago—we placed a new tenant, a doctor, into the home. It’s a great example of how the right support at the right time can make all the difference. I’m proud to have helped her navigate this transition with peace of mind.
