This property marks the beginning of my journey as a property manager. In 2020, I helped a lovely couple purchase this single-family home in Gatineau as part of their long-term plan to invest and leave something meaningful for their children. After the purchase, they asked if I could recommend a property manager—and that’s when I realized it was time to launch the property management business I had been planning for years. I officially registered the company in 2021 and have been managing their property ever since. Our relationship has grown well beyond that first contract: I later helped their daughter and her husband buy a home, and now I manage both their property and her parents’.
