I sold this lovely duplex back in 2022 to a wonderful couple who planned to live in one unit and rent out the other. Not long after, they were offered teaching jobs in the Canadian North and left the building to their children. Once their sons moved out, they contacted me to manage the entire property since they were far away. It’s a tougher neighborhood for finding tenants, but I was able to fully rent it out, and now they’re finally enjoying the fruits of their investment from a distance.
