This beautiful duplex belongs to a great client of mine who was referred to me once again by my friend Joyce, a local real estate agent. He was planning to move out of the country with his wife and children and needed someone reliable to take care of his properties. This duplex was the first one he trusted me with, and since then, I’ve also taken over the management of one of his single-family homes.
