This beautiful duplex belongs to a very kind lady who found me thanks to her daughter, who saw one of my informational videos on TikTok. She recommended my services to her mom, who hired me shortly after. We replaced a problematic tenant with a great one, and I even helped her go to court for that tenant despite not being the manager at the time.
