This beautiful duplex in Aylmer came to me in a very organic way. I had helped a client who bought another duplex from the same owner and had to deal with a problematic tenant left behind by the seller. I accompanied my client to court to support her, and that’s where I met the previous property owner. Impressed by my involvement, he reached out to me a few days later and asked me to manage his newer property—this one. Since then, it’s been a smooth and successful collaboration.
