This newly built home came to me through a referral from one of my existing clients her sister, who owns multiple properties, needed help finding a tenant for this one. I was fortunate to place one of the best tenants in my entire portfolio: a retired woman who takes care of the property like it’s her own. Since moving in, she’s added a fence and built a beautiful new deck, increasing the home’s value. She always pays on time and has expressed her intention to stay long term. The owner, a wonderful woman whose children happen to attend the same daycare as my son, has peace of mind knowing her home is in great hands. It’s been a rewarding experience for everyone involved.
